Deodorizer

Odour control is quite essential for rendering plants to minimize environmental impacts.
The non-condensable gases are first washed with base followed by acid and the odour-causing ammonia and amines, hydrogen sulphide, aldehydes and ketones etc. are eliminated. This process stabilizes the redox of the ambient in the deodorizer for optimal odour removal. At the end of this process, the waste product is NaOCl and H2O. These units, with low operating costs and required small investments, can even be installed outdoors when necessary.
