There must no water left in the waste materials to ensure proper oil separation. The batch cooker is of great importance for the efficient and profitable results of the dry processing process.
Batch Cooker is a unit for cooking, pressure cooking, hydrolysis or drying of cattle and poultry by-products, plus mixed meat offal and bones, chicken offal and wet feathers.
It is ideal for processing large particles in smaller batches, and besides can operate at temperatures of 133°C and above for sterilization. With the pressure cooking feature, the necessary sterilization process can be done at low temperatures up to 70-80°C.
Ideal for heating and drying, the batch cooker also offers manual and automatic evacuation.
